The room was spacious, well-appointed, brand-new, with a nice view, a balcony.

Hotel was nice and stunningly beautiful, really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was fairly clean and in a marvellous and perfect location. It was a joy spending time in the spotless and soundproof room with San Pieter view and a balcony and coffee. The breakfasts were particularly nice and the service was brilliant! We had a such wonderful stay because of the pool.

peaceful location, close to the Vatican, large balconies (2nd & 3rd floors), free parking, clean modern rooms.

Expensive soul less cafeteria restaurant.

The room offered had stunning garden views, a flat-screen TV with cable, a balcony, and wifi, and the staff was both professional and very helpful with local tips and information.

The reason I chose the hotel was that is had a swimming pool which I knew we would enjoy after exploring Rome during the day. The hotel was also within walking distance of public transport, restaurants and local shops. Room was spacious and noise level low.

We had a lot of issues during our brief stay. Firstly with the exception of one lady, I found the hotel staff to be unfriendly and not interested in helping you. While there we had no hot water in the morning. When reported got no apology and told it would be back in a few hours. We also had issue with airconditioning and again not very helpful. Eventually we had to change rooms because it was so hot. To add insult to this, we were charged for items from mini bar and telephone after money deducted from credit card. Breakfast was adequate, but juices very substandard and only alternative for kids was hot chocolate. I found the staff to be very defensive about everything and not at all interesting in improving standards.

The service was brilliant during my stay.

The rooms have a tasteful and brand-new décor. The staff is professional, helpful, and offers wake-up service and complimentary ironing. The hotel offers a view over the garden.

The hotel was fine for a base. Roof top terrace and pool were very nice.

The hotel could have been cleaner and more inviting. The facilities are there and with a little promotion and TLC this could be a nice hotel. The pool was too cold to use which is fine as it's only may. However, the weather was very nice and we could have made use of the jacuzzi and bar which were on the rooftop. Again this could be a very nice facility but unfortuantely the jacuzzi was too cold to use and we really had to look for the facility as it was not promoted at all within the hotel. The downstairs American bar was not pleasant at all, there was no atmosphere and would be much better located at the entrance level to the hotel. We did not think about eating in the hotel restaurant at all as it was not inviting.

lack of room service, poor quality breakfast - watery fruit juice, no fresh fruit, poor quality croissants, not up to standard of a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast selection here is freshly made with cereals, fruits, and cheese, and everything is great, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The free parking was onsite, great service. I greatly enjoyed outstanding cereals, fruit, and cheese.

The room is spotless and soundproof with the good coffee machine, also they can offer wake-up service. The breakfast is excellent, enjoyed cereal, fruit and cheese. The location is great and unbeatable and the food is freshly made. The service is brilliant, includes safe parking.

The staff here is friendly, check-in is easy, and there is a lovely bar; the room has a mini-fridge, cable TV, WiFi, and a very comfortable bed.

This place offers spacious rooms with balconies and a peaceful environment, conveniently located just minutes away from a bus stop.

The hotel was good it was a block away from bus stops which made it easy to get around the city.

The hot water did not work for a 14 hour period.
